Manchester United have reached a personal agreement with Jadon Sancho, Fabrizio Romano reported Thursday afternoon. According to the usually well-established transfer market journalist, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund are now negotiating a transfer fee. Romano mentions an asking price of 95 million euros; Sancho has a permanent contract in Dortmund until mid-2023.

The attacker has been followed by United for some time and was close to a transition last year, but saw that the English superpower at the time refused to meet the asking price of 120 million euros. Liverpool, Chelsea and his former employer Manchester City were also mentioned as potential new clubs. Due to the consequences of the corona crisis and the additional financial problems, Dortmund decided to drastically reduce Sancho’s asking price, international media reported in recent weeks.

Sancho may explore his options in the transfer area ‘under certain conditions’, it sounds from Germany. Wednesday wrote BILD that Dortmund is aiming for a fixed amount of 93 million euros plus 23 million euros in variables, a transfer fee that could be considerably higher than the amount mentioned by Romano. According to the journalist, Sancho sees a move to Old Trafford. There is no agreement between the two clubs yet, but United are reportedly positive.

With a departure of Sancho, Dortmund switches according to previous reports from the Corriere della Sera on to Dusan Vlahovic. The 21-year-old Fiorentina attacker was voted Talent of the Year for the past Serie A season last week. Vlahovic, who last season scored 21 goals in 37 league matches, must cost around sixty million euros. Noni Madueke was also previously linked to a transfer to Dortmund. The PSV winger still has a continuous contract in Eindhoven until mid-2024 and, according to previous reports from BILD cost fifteen million euros.
