Manager Erik ten Hag's contract at Manchester United has been reopened and extended for a season, according to reports the Red Devils world via official channels. Ten Hag's contract extension had been in the air for a while, but the much-discussed coach from Haaksbergen will definitely stay at Old Trafford after the announcement.
By signing, Ten Hag is now committed to Manchester United until mid-2026. He gave a brief response to his stay on the club website. “I am very pleased to have reached an agreement with Manchester United to continue our collaboration. Looking back over the past two years, we can proudly look back on two trophies and many examples of progress. However, the project is not yet finished.”

Ten Hag has two seasons under his belt as manager of Manchester United.
