Ajax would do itself a good service by appointing Louis van Gaal as the new head coach after this season, Andries Jonker believes. The current national coach of the the Dutch Lionesses is convinced that Van Gaal can turn the tide in the Johan Cruijff ArenA as a coach.
Jonker was assistant to the current advisor to the Supervisory Board of Ajax for many years. Guest at NOS Along the Line the national coach discusses the coaching position in Amsterdam and puts Van Gaal forward.
