Luis Suárez is still a player of Barcelona. The 33-year-old striker has been told by coach Ronald Koeman and the leadership of the Catalan top club that he may leave, but for the time being there is no transfer. Suárez is allowed to leave according to Ovación Digital Be sure to count on playing minutes under Koeman if striker doesn’t find a new club.

Shortly after his appointment in Barcelona, Koeman had informed Suárez that the striker could look for a new employer. The Uruguayan was not part of Koeman’s plans and was therefore allowed to embark on a new adventure. Juventus was in the market for Suárez, but according to the latest reports a move to the top club from Turin now seems unlikely.

In recent times, Atlético Madrid, Inter Miami and his former employer Ajax were among the potential candidates, but for the time being Suárez is still a year away from Barcelona. The striker is simply training with the Catalans, but on Saturday he missed out on the 3-1 match against Gimnàstic from the Segunda División B. However, Koeman is willing to offer Suárez another chance if the big earner can’t find a new employer.

TV3 already reported that Koeman Suárez has not written off and now the Uruguayan Ovación Digital that the Dutchman wants to embrace the routinier again. Koeman has told Suárez that he can play a meaningful role again if a transfer does not take place,’ it sounds like. Suárez is reportedly working behind the scenes to convince Koeman that he can still be of value to Barcelona.
