AS Monaco is investigating the possibilities of unleashing Myron Boadu at AZ this summer, the regional French newspaper knows Nice-Matin to be revealed on Wednesday. The technical leadership of last season’s number three in Ligue 1 is very fond of the attacker. No official offer has yet been received from AZ for Boadu, which is fixed in Alkmaar until the summer of 2023.

The aforementioned newspaper thinks that Monaco should deposit at least fifteen million euros for Boadu, who is assisted in business by Boadu. Trainer Niko Kovac is working on the team of the future. There would be doubts about Keita Baldé, who loaned out to Sampdoria last season, who may exchange Monaco for Internazionale in the short term. In addition, Stevan Jovetic recently left the club on a transfer-free status, making the need to sign a new striker quite significant for Kovac.

The future of Boadu has been speculated for some time. Sports1 reported in May that Julian Nagelsmann would love to bring the twenty-year-old forward to Bayern Munich. Two months later, however, the interest from southern Germany seems to have cooled. In addition to Bayern, Ajax, AC Milan, Juventus, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain have also been associated with Boadu, with AZ good for 38 goals in 88 matches so far.

Nice-Matin brought out the news on Tuesday that Calvin Stengs has been in the spotlight of OGC Nice. The French club, where Christophe Galtier, who stepped down from Lille OSC, will be in charge next season, is looking for a quality boost for the front line. The number nine of last season in Ligue 1 sees an end to a number of leases and would like to see that gap filled with the arrival of Stengs. However, AZ does not intend to sell Stengs for a penny and requires a transfer fee of at least ten million euros.
