Maúro Júnior is the replacement for the injured Sergiño Dest in the left back position, according to the line-up announced by PSV. Hirving Lozano has to settle for a place on the bench against SC Heerenveen back in the starting line-up. The match starts at 6:45 PM and can be seen at ESPN 1.

Walter Benítez defends the Eindhoven goal in the Abe Lenstra Stadium. In defense, Bosz must find a solution for the left back position, due to Dest's serious knee injury. The choice fell on Maúro Júnior. Jordan Teze is the right back, while the center is formed by André Ramalho and Olivier Boscagli.

Ismael Saibari returns to the match selection of the Eindhoven team after injuries, although a starting place is not yet available for the Moroccan international. Guus Til can show it from the first whistle in the 10 position. At his back are Joey Veerman and Jerdy Schouten.

Bosz has an option up front with the return of Ricardo Pepi. The American has recovered from his injury and, like Lozano, is on the bench. Striker Luuk de Jong is flanked by Johan Bakayoko (right) and Malik Tillman (left).

PSV can become champions on Thursday, although they will have to wait for the result of Go Ahead Eagles – Feyenoord later in the evening. If PSV achieves a better result than Feyenoord, it will be champion of the Netherlands for the 25th time in the club's history.

“I don't suffer from championship jitters,” Bosz said at the press conference. “That may also be because we do not have it in our own hands. For me it is 'just' a match against sc Heerenveen, which we want to win. I try to approach it like we did every week. This season has shown that this is a great way of working.”

With only four points behind number nine Sparta Rotterdam, Heerenveen is still fully competing for a place in the Conference League play-offs. However, coach Kees van Wonderen knows that his team faces a difficult task against PSV. “They have more quality, but with team spirit and fighting spirit you can compensate for a lot.”

“It will be a great challenge against the future champion. We want to postpone their party for a while, but to do that we have to bring out the best in ourselves. The play-offs are really our goal. It lives in the group. You notice from the way we train that everyone is still focused.”
