Harry Maguire, captain of Manchester United’s soccer team, was released by a Greek prosecutor on Monday after appearing in a Greek court after being detained for two days.

Maguire was arrested after he was allegedly involved in a fight on the island of Mykonos. He denies guilt.

Maguire, or his lawyer, will have to appear in court again on Tuesday.

“Harry has denied guilt and it would be inappropriate for the club to comment while the law is in place,” Manchester United said in a statement.

According to eyewitnesses, there was a fight between two groups and the police were apparently also involved.
