Latest update:

VfB Stuttgart gave a fitting follow-up to the bizarre season it is currently experiencing on Saturday. Those Swabia, who finished sixteenth in the Bundesliga last season, convincingly defeated TSG Hoffenheim: 0-3. Serhou Guirassy scored his 22nd league goal of the season.

Particularities:

Hoffenheim, where Wout Weghorst played for 67 minutes, had a hard time at home from the first whistle. Stuttgart were lord and master for ninety minutes and the fact that goalkeeper Oliver Baumann was the best player for the home team said everything about Hoffenheim's performance.

After fifteen minutes of play, a nice attack by the visitors ended with Enzo Millot: 0-1. Just before half time, Guirassy convincingly put the 0-2 on the scoreboard. Jamie Leweling made the final score 0-3 from a corner kick in minute 68.

Due to the victory, Stuttgart is still in third place in the Bundesliga, which would entitle them to Champions League football at the end of the season. Those Roten have a nine-point lead over number five Borussia Dortmund, while the entire top four receive a ticket for the billion-dollar ball.
