Michal Sadílek makes the definitive switch from PSV to FC Twente, report TC Tubantia and the Eindhovens Dagblad Tuesday evening. The midfielder is still on loan this season, but on Wednesday he will sign a contract for two seasons with the option of an extra year. Twente complies with the option to buy one and a half million euros.

PSV has also stipulated a resale percentage, which, according to the Eindhovens Dagblad probably around ten to fifteen percent. Sadilek, 22, is a supporting force in Ron Jans’ team. It was therefore very important to Twente to keep the Czech on board. On Tuesday, Sadílek negotiated with technical director Jan Streuer and there seems to be an agreement on the contractual conditions, so that nothing stands in the way of signing the contract.

At the end of March, PSV lifted the option in Sadílek’s expiring contract, which meant that he was fixed in Eindhoven until 2023. PSV thus prevented a transfer-free departure in the summer. The midfielder leaves a good impression this season at FC Twente, where he is a basic player. Sadílek has played 28 official matches for the Tukkers for the time being, in which he was good for 1 goal and 2 assists.

Sadílek has also been a fixture in the Czech selection since last summer and was a basic player in recent games. PSV took him over from 1.FC Slovácko in 2015 and eventually he made forty appearances in the first team of the Eindhoven team. The midfielder, who can also play as a left back, is in his second rental period, after having played temporarily with Slovan Liberec in his native country last season.
