Dusan Tadic is angry about the translation of the interview he gave to the NOS. It was recorded from the captain’s mouth that the stories about Overmars’ transgressive behavior did not interest him. After the won Eredivisie match with RKC Waalwijk (3-2) Tadic was in front of the camera of ESPN confronted with his statements and states that there is miscommunication.

“I didn’t mean I’m not interested. It does interest me, because I’m very sensitive when it comes to women,” Tadic said. “I have a lot of women at home. Two older sisters and two daughters. I didn’t mean it like that, because of course it interests me. But I don’t know what happened and then it’s not up to me to judge people, that’s the main point I wanted to make.”

Tadic did the interview with the NOS in Serbian and is therefore disappointed with the way in which the interview has been translated. “I am very angry now that you have told me this”, said the captain of Ajax. “I don’t want to have any miscommunication. If you speak in your language (Dutch, ed.), it may sound different. I want great support for the women. I just don’t know what happened, so I can’t judge people. I think it’s good that we talk about it because there is miscommunication.”
