ADO Den Haag can continue to exist permanently. The judge agreed on Friday morning with the plan that the club had drawn up with its creditors, it reports General Newspaper† Bolt ADO Den Haag Holding LLC can call itself the new owner. With the judge’s ruling, the takeover soap surrounding the club finally comes to an end. At the beginning of this week, the license committee of the KNVB already approved the share transfer.
Since last spring, ADO Den Haag has been trying to avert bankruptcy with a so-called ‘private agreement’. The club still has a large number of creditors. They get a large part of the money that they owed back. The creditors themselves agreed to the amount of between 1.2 and 1.5 million euros. The judge has now also given his consent. The agreement also states that the Chinese major shareholder United Vansen has now definitively lost all shares.
