The match between Villarreal and Manchester United started later than planned on Tuesday evening. The equipment he uses to communicate with his assistants was down; presumably the batteries were dead. At 6:50 p.m., Brych entered the catacombs to seek a solution. The players of both clubs kicked the ball around on the field; at 6:52 p.m. Brych returned to the field to get the game going.
