Latest update:

Former Ajax player Noussair Mazraoui may be in his last months as a Bayern Munich player, the German reports BILD. The 26-year-old defender from Leiderdorp is among the list of players who can be sold next summer to provide the selection with new impetus. Mazraoui is still at the Allianz Arena until mid-2026.

The German sports newspaper reported on Wednesday about a 'secret sales list', which included seven big names from the selection of Der Rekordmeister would stand. Technical director Max Eberl wants to sell a lot of players next summer to make room in Bayern Munich's transfer budget and salary house.

In addition to Mazraoui, Eberl is open to selling Dayot Upamecano, Alphonso Davies, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sané if the right amount comes to the table. Of all these players, Mazraoui has Transfer market the lowest market value: 30 million euros.

If Mazraoui leaves for such an amount during the summer transfer period, his two-season employment with Bayern Munich will not do any harm. The wing defender came over on a free transfer from Ajax in the summer of 2022. Since then, Mazraoui has played 47 official matches for the German superpower, in which he scored 1 goal and 8 assists.

Mazraoui is currently struggling with a muscle injury again, which forced him to miss Bayern Munich's last matches. Furthermore, the 28-time international of Morocco can regularly count on a starting place under the outgoing coach Thomas Tuchel.

With Sacha Boey, Bayern Munich acquired a fairly expensive competitor for Mazraoui last winter. The 22-year-old Frenchman came over from Galatasaray for no less than 30 million euros. The arrival of Boey would be one of the reasons that Mazraoui may leave Bavaria if a good offer is made.

Last summer, Mazraoui was heavily linked with a transfer to Juventus. His agent Rafaela Pimenta, one of the most powerful women in global football, has a good relationship with that club. It is currently unknown whether the club from Turin is still interested in the services of Mazraoui.
