After the 1-3 victory in the Champions League, the Serbian captain threw his football boots, shirt, shorts and captain’s armband into the crowd. Outside the stadium, three Ajax supporters took the shoe from De Heer, he says in The watchword.

“A dramatic story”, De Heer told the newspaper. The supporter took place in the home zone of Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday evening and put on yellow clothes for fear of angry German fans. However, the Dortmund fans had a positive attitude towards the Dutch. “We were able to cheer for Ajax’s goals and even received congratulations from Dortmund supporters. All very sporty.”

After Ajax’s victory, the players celebrated from the field with the accompanying supporters. The Lord stood in front and caught a shoe from the Serb. He thought that he had a nice present for his son. Outside, however, he was attacked by three Ajax fans. “Very clumsy. I didn’t want to fight about it at all, but because the lace was on my finger, the three of them had to pull it and a skirmish ensued.”

The Ajax supporter was helped by three German football fans. “I was surprised what a spiral of violence it caused,” says De Heer. “And soon more Ajax supporters came and shouted ‘Jews, Jews’. After they had conquered the shoe, we ran away. you want to cheer on your club. These are not supporters, they ruined a truly wonderful evening.”
