Ajax can count on serious competition from Ligue 1 in the battle for the signature of Kamaldeen Sulemana. L’Equipe reports that Stade Rennes sees Sulemana as the ideal candidate to strengthen the flanks. Rennes and Ajax are not the only clubs involved in a fierce battle for the Danish talent. Manchester United and Liverpool are also interested in the services of the FC Nordsjaelland attacker.

Sulemana has been frequently associated with a transfer to Ajax in recent months and the team from Amsterdam even made an offer, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, but it has not yet come to a definitive transfer. Romano reports that Ajax wants to make serious work of the arrival of the attacker from the Danish Nordsjaelland. Sulemana is also closely followed by the Manchester United scouting team, although a first offer from England has not been forthcoming for the time being. It is not known whether Rennes has already made an offer.

The Telegraph wrote earlier that a transfer fee of six to eight million euros must be taken into account, while amounts are mentioned in the Danish media that go towards fourteen million euros. according to L’Equipe this concerns an amount of fifteen million euros, which should increase to twenty million euros through bonuses. The Ghanaian talent is in the picture at Ajax to become the successor of Quincy Promes, who was sold to Spartak Moscow earlier this year. After the departure of the the Dutch international, Oussama Idrissi was rented from Sevilla. The Moroccan international returns to Spain this summer.
