Sevilla booked a hard-fought victory in LaLiga on Monday evening. In the spectacle came to visit Celta de Vigo los Nerviosenses twice behind, but in the second company the game turned: 3-4. Thanks to the victory, there is secretly hope again for the national title for Seville, which has 61 points and is close behind Barcelona (65 points), Real Madrid (66) and Atlético Madrid (67).

The team of trainer Julen Lopetegui shot off the starting blocks in the Balaídos, where the opening goal was found after just seven minutes of play. Marcos Acuña, last week responsible for the only goal in the duel with Atlético Madrid (1-0), reached Jules Koundé from a corner from the left, who nodded in the penalty spot: 0-1. Just under ten minutes later, the French defender on the other side was the schlemiel. In an attempt to catch up with Santi Mina, Koundé stepped on the heels of the Celta attacker, after which referee Alejandro Hernández decided to award a penalty. The opportunity was convincingly used by Iago Aspas: 1-1.

Within three minutes of the equalizing goal arrived los Celestes even ahead. Near their own sixteen-meter area, a free kick from Sevilla was disabled, after which Celta switched quickly via Denis Suárez. In the end, Aspas was again put in position: the striker made no mistake face to face with goalkeeper Yassine Bounou and convincingly scored the 2-1. Ten minutes before half time, the goal was somewhat fortunate to defuse, as Fernando saw a shot from outside the box fall through José Fontán’s leg: 2-2. That was not the halftime score, by the way.

Just before the break, Brais Méndez captured the ball in midfield, after which he got the ball back after a nice combination with Suárez and outwitted Bounou with a viewed pinball: 3-2. In the second act little changed in the match image. The game went up and down and the neutral spectator was short of eyes to follow the extremely interesting encounter. The 3-3 was found after an hour of play by Ivan Rakitic, who got the leather at his feet after a diversion by Lucas Ocampos and convincingly shot in.

Not much later, De Jong came in for Youssef En-Nesyri, who actually hardly appeared in the spectacle. Fifteen minutes before time, the final score was put on the scoreboard. In an attempt to defend out, Joseph Aidoo saw substitute Alejandro Papu Gómez overlooked, after which the Argentinian was given free passage to the hostile goal and scored his second season goal on behalf of Seville: 3-4. De Jong tried his luck ten minutes before the final whistle with a shot from the edge of the box, but the shot missed too much momentum to cause trouble for goalkeeper Iván Villar.
