Adrien Rabiot is available on a free transfer this summer. The Frenchman has decided not to accept Juventus' latest offer and will leave the club, 'unless something crazy happens', writes Fabrizio Romano about the state of affairs.

The Sports Gazette previously reported that Juventus made Rabiot an offer of 7.5 million euros per season, but the club never received an answer. The famous pink sports newspaper also reported that Rabiot is on the radar of AC Milan, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Galatasaray and AS Roma.

Rabiot played a total of 212 matches for Juventus, in which he scored 22 goals and provided 15 assists. Last season in particular, the 29-year-old Rabiot repeatedly took his occasionally struggling club by the hand.

Rabiot won the Italian national title once during his time at Juventus. In addition, the semi-finalist at the last European Championship was also allowed to add the Coppa Italia to his list of achievements twice. Rabiot also has an Italian Supercoppa to his list of achievements.

Where Rabiot's future lies is still unknown. Romano reports that Rabiot is in talks with several clubs about a transfer, but it is not yet clear which clubs these are. It probably concerns clubs in the above-mentioned list of The Sports Gazette.

Last summer, Rabiot was close to a transfer to Manchester United. Erik ten Hag wanted to welcome the central midfielder, but a transfer did not happen at the time and Rabiot extended his expiring contract with Juventus for one season.

Rabiot is now definitely on the verge of leaving, 'unless something crazy happens', is how Romano describes the situation. Rabiot is currently still on holiday after the European Championship with France and will then have to make a choice quickly given the approaching club season.
