The hair bandgate around Memphis Depay has a new chapter. The attacker of the Dutch national team got people talking when he promptly appeared at kick-off in the friendly match against Canada (4-0 win) with a white hairband, but he has now exchanged it for a blue variant, it seems.
In a photo held by The Telegraph Memphis can be seen walking around with a dark blue hairband on his head. The photo was allegedly taken outside the players' hotel.
“This time the headband matched the colors of his tracksuit nicely. It is expected that he will also wear it on Monday evening in the last friendly match of the Dutch team against Iceland in De Kuip,” the morning newspaper writes.
