Paris Saint-Germain won on Wednesday evening when they visited OGC Nice: 1-2. Trainer Luis Enrique was unable to access Kylian Mbappé in the south of France, who is suffering from a hamstring injury. Farioli's brigade suffered a new setback fifteen minutes before the end. Left back Melvin Bard receives a direct red card for a hard foul. Barcola hit the post shortly afterwards, keeping Nice alive. PSG breathed a sigh of relief when Hicham Boudaoui headed just wide in the 83rd minute.

The final phase in Nice was very attractive, with chances for both goals. Substitute Marco Asensio was prevented from scoring by goalkeeper Marcin Burka well into injury time.
