Daley Blind has sold his penthouse in Amsterdam. Well-Known Neighbors reports that 34-year-old centre-back has made a profit of millions on the sale of his luxury apartment.

Blind bought the penthouse in 2016, when he was still under contract with Manchester United. The versatile defender earned a generous monthly salary at the time, so it was no problem for him to pay 2,272,500 euros for the apartment.

He recently put his very luxurious penthouse in Amsterdam up for sale and has already managed to find a buyer in a short time. The asking price was 5,750,000 euros. The house was even sold for 5,805,000 euros, making Blind a huge profit of 3,525,000 euros.

The penthouse, located on the 21st floor, has a breathtaking view of Amsterdam through the high windows, it writes Well-Known Neighbors. The living area is 320 square meters.

The luxurious accommodation has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a lounge room that provides access to a spacious terrace with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen with a cooking island and the apartment has underfloor heating and cooling.

Dutch soccerteam

Blind played his 106th international match for the Dutch national team last Tuesday. The defender at the kick-off of the lost practice match with Germany (2-1). This put him on a par with Giovanni van Bronckhorst, who retired after 106 international matches.

Only Wesley Sneijder (134 international matches), Edwin van der Sar (130), Frank de Boer (112) and Rafael van der Vaart (109) wore the Oranje shirt more often.
