Memphis Depay is on Thursday evening for the first time this calendar year in the base at Barcelona. The attacker has already scored twice in a row in an ultra-short substitution of 25 minutes in total and now sees that being rewarded in the Europa League confrontation with Galatasaray. The match in the eighth finals starts at 9 p.m. in the Camp Nou.
Depay pushes Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from the base compared to the last game against Elche (1-2 win). Gavi and Ousmane Dembélé then also played in the front, who are now replaced by Ferran Torres and Adama Traoré. In addition to Depay, Frenkie de Jong and Sergiño Dest are also in the base. The latter benefits from the absence of Dani Alves, who could not be registered for the Europa League by Barca. Luuk de Jong takes place on the reserve bench as usual.
