Domagoj Bradaric may leave Lille OSC on a rental basis in January, it knows General Newspaper. That news will be watched with interest by Feyenoord, which made a futile attempt last summer to bring in the 22-year-old left-back.

Bradaric was also superfluous at Lille six months ago, but the salary of the Croat then turned out not to be paid by Feyenoord. The Rotterdammers now have a little more financial space, partly due to the success in the Conference League, which means that Bradaric may now be feasible. The left back was regularly used by Lille last season, but has only made six appearances in the current football season. The reigning champion paid 6.5 million euros in 2019 for the four-time international, who was therefore unable to fully meet expectations in France.

Feyenoord is known to be looking to back up its first left-back Tyrell Malacia. At the moment Arne Slot only has Ramon Hendriks, originally a center defender, up his sleeve for that position. Last summer, Feyenoord had Ridgeciano Haps, who had been Malacia’s backup until then, move to Venezia for half a million euros.
