Adrien Rabiot will miss the final of the Nations League against Spain with France on Sunday. The Juventus midfielder has tested positive for the corona virus and is therefore not available for national coach Didier Deschamps.

France settled on Thursday evening in the semi-final of the Nations League with Belgium (2-3). Les Bleus At halftime they were still 2-0 behind, but managed to turn the game around in the second half thanks to goals from Karim Benzema, Kylian Mbappé and Theo Hernández. Rabiot came across the Red Devils 75 minutes in action.

Rabiot stayed behind in Turin, where the game was played, and went into isolation there. The rest of France’s selection has traveled to Milan for the final. The midfielder, who has 22 caps to his name, will most likely be replaced by AS Monaco’s Aurélien Tchouaméni.

For Deschamps, the absence of the Frenchman is a hard blow. The national coach cannot appeal to N’Golo Kanté during the final match, who tested positive for the corona virus at an earlier stage, just like Rabiot and had to skip the international match. The final of the Nations League between Spain and France is scheduled for Sunday at 8.45 pm.
