Mark Koevermans was again attacked at home in the night from Saturday to Sunday, reports RTV Rijnmond. The house of the general manager of Feyenoord is covered with graffiti and stones have been thrown through the windows of the front door. In the same night, a home of one of the Friends on the Maas, who are involved in Feyenoord City, was also defaced.

The tag RJK (Rotterdam Youth Kern) was left on Koevermans’ house, which makes it clear from which corner the action comes. The director of Feyenoord has filed a report, the Rotterdam police confirmed to the regional broadcaster. It is not the first time that Koevermans has been harassed at home. In June he also received a ‘visit’ from disgruntled supporters of the club. The incidents seem related to the anger about the plans to build a new stadium for Feyenoord.

That same month, Ard Buijsen, who is involved as an architect with Feyenoord City, also got angry fans at the door. Alexander van der Lely resigned from his duties as chairman of the platform Vrienden aan de Maas after supporters came to tell his company. The Rotterdam Youth Core is a Feyenoord supporters group. Fifteen fans from that group who visited architect Buijsen’s home in June have been banned from stadiums.
