Zaki Anwari, a 19-year-old Afghan who previously played for a national football team, was horribly killed in Kabul this week, news agency reported. Ariana. This week, images surfaced on social media of the chaotic airport in Kabul, where many people lined the runway in hopes of fleeing the Taliban. The lifeless body of Anwari, one of those people, was found during an emergency landing in Qatar after the crew noticed that the plane’s wheels had not folded properly. Anwari was found in the space where the landing gear retracts after takeoff.

Anwari was a young footballer who played for the Afghan national youth team at the age of sixteen. Friends and relatives pay tribute to him on social media. “A friend with whom I have experienced the most unforgettable memories of my life. His loss is unimaginable,” it sounds there. Others also describe him as a very sweet and warm person.

In recent days, horrific images have also emerged of people desperately clinging to the outsides of planes taking off, sometimes falling hundreds of meters away.
