Sergio Agüero has finished his first press conference at Barcelona. The brand new acquisition of the Catalans was presented on Monday, after which he spoke directly to the media. The 32-year-old Argentinian discusses, among other things, his relationship with Lionel Messi and, moreover, remarkably enough he indicates that he has not yet spoken with trainer Ronald Koeman.
“I am very happy,” Agüero announced in the press room. “I will do my best to help the team win important prizes. I feel immense joy and this is the best team in the world. When I was little I said they would notice me one day. And here I am, truly unimaginable, ”said former Manchester City striker, who saw him finally signing a commitment until mid-2023 today.
Logically, Agüero was also asked about the collaboration with Messi and whether he expects that at all Leo will play at Barcelona next season. “We hope to be able to play together, but it will be up to him and the club,” said Agüero. “Good.
