As expected, Ajax joined the last eight of the Europa League on Thursday evening by eliminating Young Boys. The team from Amsterdam will therefore be in the tubes on Friday in the draw for the quarter finals of the European tournament. The strongest possible opponents are probably Arsenal, AS Roma and Manchester United.
There are again no restrictions for the draw for the quarterfinals. This means that clubs from the same countries can draw each other. The games for the next round will be played on Thursday April 8th and 15th.
