Bayern Munich will kick off the Bundesliga as reigning champions on Friday evening with an away game against Eintracht Frankfurt, the winner of last season’s Europa League. Bayern secured the tenth league title in a row in April and the German top club is therefore understandably the favorite to extend the title. In collaboration with Unibet, Voetbalzone looks ahead to this Bundesliga game.

After a lengthy transfer soap, Robert Lewandowski left for Barcelona last summer. The Polish goal-scoring machine has been unmatched in the past five seasons. Each time he crowned himself top scorer in the Bundesliga. However, his departure did not make itself felt last Saturday in the battle for the German Supercup. With four debutants, RB Leipzig was eventually sidelined 3-5. Der Rekordmeister assured himself during the summer transfer window of the arrival of Sadio Mané, Ryan Gravenberch, Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt, and Mathijs Tel, as a result of which the selection of trainer Julian Nagelsmann has only become stronger in width.

Do you expect Bayern Munich to win without conceding a goal? The odds for this are 2.38!

At Eintracht Frankfurt, the focus at the end of last season was solely on the Europa League. The last eight Bundesliga matches have not been won (five draws, three defeats). Frankfurt opened the new season with a 0-4 win in the first round of the DFB-Pokal against Magdenburg, which plays in the 2. Bundesliga. Trainer Oliver Glasner managed to keep his selection largely together this summer and welcomed some reinforcements, including Mario Götze, Lucas Alario and Jens Petter Hauge, who was definitively taken over from AC Milan.

Do you see Eintracht Frankfurt stunt during the season overture? A home team win can be played at an odd of 5.75!

At Bayern, no fewer than five different players scored during the won German Supercup. The ability to score a goal runs through the entire squad, but on Friday evening the eyes are naturally focused on the top signing Sadio Mane, who immediately converted his first shot on goal against RB Leipzig into a goal. At Frankfurt, Daichi Kamada immediately showed that he had started the season strongly by scoring two of the four goals against Magdenburg.

Do you expect Sadio Mané or Daichi Kamada to score in this game? Check out the odds!
