Jack Wilshere is back at AFC Bournemouth to keep in shape. The clubless midfielder is training along with the current number three of the Championship for the time being, giving a first sign of life since his departure from West Ham United in the summer. Wilshere has already been rented to Bournemouth by Arsenal in the 2016/17 season.

The Cherries announce through the official channels that the 34-time international of England will train with them, but there is no mention of the chance of employment. Bournemouth supporters will certainly have fond memories of his time at the club, as Wilshere was voted Player of the Month in November and December 2016, shone in a 4-3 win over Liverpool and was part of the squad that eventually finished ninth in the Premier League, Bournemouth’s highest ranking ever.
