Bayern Munich has announced the starting eleven for the duel with 1. FC Köln in the last round of the Bundesliga. Bee The Record Master Matthijs de Ligt, Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui start in the base. The match starts at 3.30 pm and can be seen on via play. If Bayern manages to win and Dortmund lose points at home against 1. FSV Mainz 05, the club from Munich will be champion for the eleventh time in a row.

Under the bar at Bayern is as usual Yann Sommer, who replaces the still injured Manuel Neuer. The heart of the defense is formed by Dayot Upamecano and De Ligt, while Mazraoui and Benjamin Pavard are on the flanks. The defensive midfield is formed by Joshua Kimmich and Gravenberch. For the latter, it is his third place in the Bundesliga. Leroy Sané, Thomas Müller and Kingsley Coman are lined up for this and Serge Gnabry is in the deep striker.

Köln is in for an emotional afternoon. Club icon Jonas Hector recently announced his retirement, so the match against Bayern will be his last as a professional footballer. The left back worked his way up to Germany international in his time at Köln and remained loyal to the club even after relegation. Another club icon, Timo Horn, leaves the club after 22 years for a new challenge. The injured Steffan Tigges (shoulder), Mark Uth (pelvis), Sargis Adamyan (foot) and Florian Dietz (cruciate ligament) have to miss the game. Davie Selke is back. The striker suffered from a head injury, but is now fully fit again. That is certainly not unimportant to Effzehas Selke scored four times in his last four games as a starting customer.

Bayern are also in for an emotional afternoon, albeit for a completely different reason. The team of coach Thomas Tuchel lost 1-3 to RB Leipzig in the last round, so that the title will most likely go to Borussia Dortmund this season. The Record Master knows, however, that if Dortmund does not win, any victory is enough to still become champions. Tuchel cannot have access to the injured Neuer (leg), Lucas Hernández (knee) and Alphonso Davies (thigh), but has everyone else at his disposal. Bayern suffered – as it now appears – extremely expensive loss of points in the mutual meeting earlier this season. Kimmich’s goal then gave the club only one point: 1-1.

Line-up 1. FC Köln: Schwabe; Schmitz, Hubers, Chabot, Hector; Martel, Skhiri; Ljubicic, Kainz, Maina; Selke.

Lineup Bayern Munich: Summer; Pavard, Upamecano, De Ligt, Mazraoui; Kimmich, Gravenberch; Sane, Muller, Coman; Gnabry.
